Step 1 : Convert English Text to Numbers

  1. Convert English Text to numbers by counting numbers of letters in each word and replace them with numbers
  2. Do not convert punctuations to numbers, nor count them as letters
  3. If there is an apostrophe, count the number of letters before and after the apostrophe separately; for example, the word people's would be 5 ' 1
  4. List the numbers and punctuations in order, and add a space between them

Step 2 : Convert Numbers to Korean Text

  1. Each number is converted to a consonant or a vowel
  2. Replace the numbers to Consonants or Vowels of the nth number in alphabetical order
  3. Always start with Consonants and alternate between consonants and vowels until it reaches punctuation
  4. After a punctuation, start with consonants again
  5. For apostrophe, the adjacent consonant becomes double consonant and erase the apostrophe
  6. Add a space after punctuations
